All web hosting packages include a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund of 100% of your money (including set up fees, if applicable) if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation.
No refunds are available after 30 days. Any request for cancellation must be received via our online support ticket system within 7 days of your next billing. Cancellations received within that timeframe may forfiet payment made for the current billing cycle. You will receive verification upon the cancellation of your account. Cancellations over the telephone and informal email are not accepted.
Accounts cancelled/terminated by ImageLink USA for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for refunds to be processed.
Domain registrations are not included and are non-refundable. Refunds via our SLA are not applicable if refund is given through the 30 day Money Back program. Any violation of our terms of use, disqualifies the account for any type of refund including the SLA.
We understand that over time, your website begins to grow and you may need more space. Most of the time, this would result in more cost added to your hosting needs. Not here. For each year of dedicated hosting service to ImageLinkUSA, we will provide you with a bonus of either 100 Megs of FREE space or, 10 GIG's of bandwidth added to your allocation.

ImageLink USA has made significant investments in placing our equipment in the data centers built from major vendors such as Cisco and Lucent. Making the investment in top performing equipment and network redundancy allows us to offer you this SLA.
Our servers are located in a true "Carrier Class" facility backed up by multiple UPS units and a powerful diesel back up generators.
Backbone Connectivity
Our connections to multiple backbone providers, and peering with many carriers on a regional and international basis, allows us to easily reach remote networks even in the case where a specific backbone connection is down. This allows the data center to make routing decisions to ensure connectivity.
Node Reliability
By placing our core nodes at places like Equinix and Telehouse, we are guaranteed a level of competent service. All of our core nodes employ SONET networks, which essentially provides a dual-redundant, counter-rotating ring technology, and in the event of a fiber cut, the SONET will automatically heal itself. We also divide our circuits among several telecommunications providers, such as Verizon, MFS/Worldcom, and Adelphia.

The ImageLink USA servers are monitored by several outside the network services as well as our multi-tiered support system. Traffic is continually monitored and routed with the proper bandwidth allocations.
Performance/Uptime Guarantee
The "ImageLink USA Web Hosting Network" guarantees that the network will be available 99.9 % of the time in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance. Therefore after network downtime of 1.41 minutes per day, calculated monthly, ImageLink USA will refund 5% of the monthly hosting fee to the requesting customer for each 30 minutes of downtime up to 100% of the monthly fee. This guarantee applies to the network connectivity and server uptime, but does not apply to scheduled maintenance, "acts of god" or "war" outside of anyone's control. ImageLinkUSA will only refund the cost of your hosting fee in the event of downtime and cannot be held liable for any other financial reimbursements.
If you have a dedicated server through our network, the same SLA applies, but does not cover any load issues caused by software running on the machine or scheduled maintenance announced within 24 hours of the downtime. If we are locked out of your dedicated server (i.e. changed password), the SLA is not applicable to your server. Connectivity is measured as the ability of the server to transmit and receive data.
To be eligible for this SLA, your account must be in good standing and a trouble ticket must be submitted and verified. All requests for credit "must" be made to the billing department with a trouble ticket number referenced within 2 days of the downtime. Refunds are based on monthly uptime percentage and not per incident.
Network downtime is measured from the time the trouble ticket is submitted until verification of problem resolution is provided in the trouble ticket. Any customer within the ImageLink USA Web Hosting Network automatically qualifies to participate in this SLA.
